Service Description

This 4 part Childbirth course will be done virtually on Zoom. Starting Saturday, July 10th, and ending Saturday, July 31st. Each class will last for 2 hours (9:30 AM-11:30 AM PST) Saturday mornings. Partners encouraged to join, for no additional cost. ***NOTE: If signing up as a couple, select ONLY "1" participant when booking class and write in the "Additional Message" box if partner is included, as to not be charged double the price.*** 1st Class (July 10th)-Health & Wellness, Fetal Development, What to expect during labor & birth 2nd Class (July 17th)-Interventions, Inductions, Cesareans 3rd Class (July 24th)- Labor Positions, Breathing Techniques, Partner Support, What to expect during the Immediate Postpartum 4th Class (July 31st)-Postpartum Recovery and Care @ Home. Breast/Chestfeeding Basics, Bottle Feeding
